Returning/Exchanging Items

 

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement or a refund within 24hrs by visiting one of our stores in Ontario. Please bring your pickup confirmation email with your items. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was received, we may not accept the refund request.

 

Once the refund is completed, a refund confirmation email will be sent to your account email address.

To view your order history or invoice, log into ‘Account' and see ‘Order history’. Then, click the order number of which you want the details.
