How To Use
* Slice 350g onions and 220g meat of your choice(beef or pork would be particularly tasty)
* Add 1tbsp cooking oil to a large saucepan. Add onions and meat, cooking until lightly browned.
* Add 400ml water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook over a medium heat for approx. 20 minutes.
* Remove from heat. Divide 4 blocks of curry roux(half a box) into 4 and add to saucepan.
* Stir through until melted and return the pot to the heat.
* Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
* Serve over hot rice or noodles.
