1. Cut meat, onions, carrot, and potatoes into bite-size pieces 2. Heat oil in saucepan, cook meat and the vegetables until onions are lightly browned 3. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook over medium heat until meat is tender (approx. 20 minutes) 4. Remove from heat, break S&B tasty cream stew sauce mix into mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until completely melted. 5. Add milk and simmer again.
